Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for the UnlockDM platform operated by Eightinity("we", "us", "our"). By making a payment on UnlockDM, you agree to this policy.
1. How pricing works
UnlockDM uses per-campaign, one-time pricing. There is no recurring subscription. You pay once to launch a campaign at a chosen plan tier (Spark, Drop, or Viral), and that payment covers that single campaign. Your first campaign is free.
You may also buy optional add-ons, such as an extra unlock pack (+500 unlocks), as a one-time charge for a specific campaign.
2. Cancellation
Because pricing is one-time and per campaign, there is no subscription to cancel. You can pause or end any of your campaigns at any time from your dashboard. Ending a campaign stops further DM delivery but does not, by itself, create a refund.
3. When you are eligible for a refund
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Failed or duplicate charge: you were charged but no campaign was launched, or you were charged more than once for the same campaign.
- Technical failure on our side: a verified fault in our platform prevented your campaign from going live or from delivering rewards, and we are unable to resolve it.
- Unused add-on: an extra unlock pack that could not be applied due to a technical error.
4. When a refund may not apply
A campaign begins delivering value the moment it goes live and starts responding to comments. For that reason, payments for campaigns that have successfully launched and operated as described are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or approved by us at our discretion.
We do not refund based on campaign performance (for example, the number of comments, followers, or referrals you received), as results depend on your content and audience.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@eightinity.in within 7 days of the charge with your account email and the payment reference (order or payment ID). We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Razorpay. Once processed, refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation when a refund is issued.
7. Early-adopter pricing
Early adopters are charged a discounted rate. Refunds for early-adopter payments follow the same rules above and are issued at the amount actually paid.
